Pakoras are a popular Indian snack made by deep-frying onions in a seasoned chickpea flour batter.
Use our Roohts Pakora mix for a delicious crispy pakora.
Ingredients
- 200g Pakora Mix
- 230ml Water
- 2 Onions, Sliced
- Vegetable Oil, for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Mix Pakora Mix with Water.
Step 2
Add Onions.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Form mixture into small balls. Fry in hot oil till crispy, golden and cooked through.
Variations
Replace onions with other vegetables:
Sliced potato
Sliced aubergine
Cubed paneer
Cubed chicken
