What is Talbina?
Talbina is a traditional Arabic dish made from barley flour, water, and sometimes milk. It has been consumed for centuries in the Middle East and North Africa and is well-known for its potential benefits for gut health.
Many people refer to it as a porridge and therefore have it for breakfast but you could have it at any time of day.
Talbina is known for being soothing and easily digestible, making it gentle on the digestive system. It is often recommended for individuals with gastrointestinal issues or those recovering from illnesses, as it provides nourishment without putting excessive strain on the gut.
