Plain Talbina: Barley Powder.

Talbina Date Sugar: Barley Powder, Date Sugar.

Talbina Date Sugar & Cinnamon: Barley Powder, Date Sugar, Cinnamon.

Chopped Figs: Dried diced figs (94.99%), rice flour (5%), sulphur dioxide (E220) (0.001%).

4 Seed Mix: Sunflower Seeds, Golden Linseed, Brown Linseed, Pumpkin Seeds.

Dark Chocolate Chunks:
Sugar (53.4%), cocoa mass (42.0%), cocoa butter (4.5%) emulsifier:
lecithin (0.05%), natural vanilla flavouring (0.01%). Contains SOYA, may contain traces of MILKNUTS and PEANUTS

How to make Talbina

Recipe Idea (serves 1)

You will need:
• 2 tbsp Roohts Talbina Powder
• 250 ml Milk (or Water)
• 1 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)

Instructions:
STEP 1: Add Talbina Powder to a pan with Milk or Water. Simmer for 5 minutes and whisk regularly.
STEP 2: Pour into a bowl and drizzle in Honey.

Serving Suggestion
Add Spices such as ground Cinnamon and Cardamom and top with Date Syrup, dried Fruits and Nuts.
