2 tbsp Barley Flour
175-250ml Milk of choice
1 tsp Honey or Date Syrup

Add milk and whisk till fully combined.
Cook slowly over low heat for 6 - 10 minutes whisking continuously.
Sweeten naturally with Dates, Honey or Date Syrup.
