Ingredients

2 tbsp Barley Flour
175-250ml Milk of choice
1 tsp Honey or Date Syrup

Instructions

Add Barley Flour to a pot and roast over low heat for 30-40 seconds.
Add milk and whisk till fully combined.
Cook slowly over low heat for 6 - 10 minutes whisking continuously.
Sweeten naturally with Dates, Honey or Date Syrup.
Serve warm for optimal digestion and comfort.
