This Talbina with Chai-Poached Pears and Blackberries is creamy, comforting and topped with spiced, tender pears and jewel-like blackberries. Talbina, made from finely ground barley, has been cherished for centuries for its soothing, gut-friendly properties and subtle nutty flavor. Pairing it with chai-poached pears infuses the dish with fragrant spices, while fresh blackberries add a burst of tart sweetness. The result is a breakfast (or dessert!) that’s as nourishing as it is indulgent, a little bowl of mindfulness in every spoonful.
