Well here goes…a year of research, ideas, disagreements, more research, more ideas, a few spanners thrown in for good measure and months of hard work later, it’s brought us to this point and it’s come down to me, Riz, to introduce you to our new venture…Welcome to Roohts! We are absolutely thrilled to introduce you to our brand-new adventure.
Our Adventure Begins
Our journey starts with a deep-rooted passion for food. Inspired by the love for exceptional flavours, we (The Adams) embarked on a mission to create something extraordinary. Months of meticulous planning, experimenting, and testing has led us to this moment, and we're excited to share it with you. There are 13 plus 1 of us (the ‘plus 1’ is joining us in October, she’s also the youngest so I’m sure she’ll keep us on our toes 😉), and you’ll be hearing from each and everyone of us at some point!

Our journey began with a simple desire to share the flavours and traditions passed down through generations in our family. Inspired by the meals shared around our own kitchen table, we wanted to offer others a taste of our culture's rich heritage. Every product we create is infused with the love, care, and authenticity that is at the heart of our family brand.
As well as sharing our culture with you, we were fully aware that not everyone loves Indian food. One thing you'll quickly discover about Roohts is our commitment to diversity in flavours. Our products are a celebration of tastes from our travels around the world, all thoughtfully curated to provide you with a truly global culinary experience. From spicy delights to comforting classics, there's something for every palate and we’re bringing more!
Quality is at the core of everything we do. We've scoured the globe (thanks to the internet and expos) to source the finest ingredients, ensuring that each dish is a masterpiece of taste and freshness.

We're not just about taste; we're also passionate about sustainability. Our commitment to responsible sourcing and eco-friendly practices is a crucial part of our ethos. We believe that great food should be kind to the planet too.

As we launch Roohts, we invite you to embark on this adventure with us. We are officially launching at the Halal Food Festival in London on 23rd September 2023, we’ll (not all 13 of us…because can you imagine the chaos?!) be there all weekend, come say hello, buy and cheer us on because I’m not going to sugarcoat it, we will be nervous!
