Ingredients
250 ml Milk
2 tbsp TalbinaÂ
4 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 Banana, chopped
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Optional Extras
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
Instructions
Place all the ingredients for the Smoothie in a blender.
Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, thick and creamy Smoothie.

Pre Soak the Dates - If your Dates are not soft, you will need to pre soak them for 10 minutes in hot water.
