Talbina Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Roohts Talbina
- ¾–1 cup (180–240ml) milk
- 1 tbsp honey, optional
Method
- Add the Roohts Talbina and milk to a small saucepan.
- Place over a low heat and whisk regularly to prevent lumps.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes, until the Talbina has thickened to your preferred consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and add honey or your favourite toppings.
For a thinner Talbina, use 1 cup (240ml) milk. For a thicker bowl, use ¾ cup (180ml).
