Healthy Chocolate Pistachio Pots

These healthy Chocolate Pistachio Yoghurt pots are a yummy treat that combines the richness of chocolate and pistachios with the creamy tang of yogurt. Whether you're looking to satisfy a sweet tooth or enjoy a guilt-free treat, chocolate yoghurt pots are easy to prepare, and can be topped with Nuts, Berries or Granola.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Chocolate Pistachio Pots

  • 145 Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Pistachio Paste
  • 25g Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt

Topping

  • 20g Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp Pistachio Paste
  • Chopped mixed Nuts, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the Chocolate Pistachio Pots in a bowl till smooth and fully combined.
  2. Divide between 2 ramekins.
  3. Top with melted Chocolate.
  4. Add Pistachio Paste and swirl together.
  5. Top with chopped Nuts and serve.

Variations

Use Peanut or Almond Butter instead.
