Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt Or to taste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with all the remaining ingredients apart from the Oil.
- Heat Oil in a pan over medium-high heat and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Push cooked parts of the Eggs into the middle with a spatula and swirl the pan to redistribute the egg mixture.
- Once the egg has set at the bottom, flip it and continue to cook till golden brown all over.
Variations
Add chopped Vegetables like diced Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes.
Top with Cheese and cover for a cheesy version.
